Adult’s orthodontics : ortho-implant clinical case

This is a clinical case of an adult female patient with a Class II subdivision . She have lost her four first bicuspids and has a large diastema mesially to 36 which has a mesial version.

Her demand is aesthetic and functional treatment.
Our treatment plan : Fixed multi-braces self-ligating low friction technique, uprighting 36 and fill the gap by an implant (Picture 09).
The end of treatment pictures show at the right a Class I occlusion, and on the left a Class II molar (Pictures 10-11).
Pictures of profile and the smile show aesthetic and harmonious maintain of the lips.
