A severe Class II division II

This is a young 6 years old female patient who is in severe Class II 2 with an hyper gummy smile. She is the sister of the precedent post male patient.

On the profile XRay we can see that the permanent upper incisors are situated posteriorly to the roots of the deciduous incisors.
  1. What do you think about this case?
  2. do we have to treat know?
  3. Do we have to wait after the evolution of upper and lower incisors to decide?
